Jane Shiu, M.D.

Dr. Jane Shiu joined Carson Dermatology in 2024. 

Dr. Shiu completed her undergraduate education at University of California at Davis with a major in Biology. 

She attended medical school at Loyola University Chicago, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1997. 

She completed her Internal Medicine Internship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Dermatology residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. 

She has over 20 years of Dermatology clinical experience having practiced solo, at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and at Kaiser Permanente in Central Valley California, where she served as Department Chief.

Dr. Shiu is board certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (Mohs Surgery). Her specialty interests include general medical dermatology, skin cancer, skin cancer surgery, and melanoma. 

Dr. Shiu is married and has 4 adult children. Her hobbies are downhill skiing, hiking, reading, and volunteerism.
